Lead Submission Flow
Here are the steps to test the typical integrations with your CRM if you are running a referral program in PartnerStack. Note that there may be parts that are not applicable to your process.

Make sure that the test partner is in a group that has access to lead submissions. You can always update the partner's group in the vendor dashboard.

In your test partner dashboard, click on
Submit a referral
button

Fill out the lead form in the partner dashboard.

In your CRM, verify that the record for the lead has been created.
- If duplication checks were configured from your discussion with the integration specialist, please test with duplicate leads.

Now we need to make sure that any updates on the status of the lead in the CRM is mapped back to PartnerStack. During your discussion with the integration specialist, you would have determined which stage in your CRM correspond to Qualified, Unqualified, Closed Won and/or Closed Lost in PartnerStack. To test out all flows, please make sure to have submitted at least 3 leads in the partner dashboard. We want to test the following scenarios:
- Lead going from New → Unqualified
- Lead going from New → Qualified → Closed Lost
- Lead going from New → Qualified → Closed Won

For each scenario, update the stage of the lead in your CRM and verify that the lead stage in PartnerStack has been updated accordingly.

When the lead in PartnerStack is Closed Won, verify that there is a customer record created under Referral in the vendor dashboard.
