At PartnerStack, we invest heavily into the security, integrity, and privacy of data trusted to us by our users and integration partners. A part of this investment is put towards full compliance towards all leading data privacy regulations internationally, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Key elements of these major regulations afford a data subject the right to access, export, and/or erase their data upon request.
The following document will provide steps to start these processes via PartnerStack support.
Request data erasure from PartnerStack
- Send an email to [email protected], with the following template:
From: email linked to your PartnerStack Account
To: [email protected]
Title: Data Erasure Request: the name of your account

Hello, I'd like to request my data be removed from PartnerStack as per (GDPR or CCPA) regulations.
- Wait for a response within 5 business days.
- Respond to the identity check from PartnerStack support. PartnerStack support may ask you to provide proof of account ownership before we begin the erasure process.
- Data will be removed within 30 calendar days of the request. You will be notified when it occurs.
Requesting access or export of your PartnerStack data
- Send an email to [email protected], with the following template:
From: The email linked to your PartnerStack Account

Title: Collected Data Access Request: Your user name

Hello, I'd like to request a report of the data PartnerStack has collected about me.

Wait for a response within 5 business days.

Data will be sent within 30 calendar days of the request. You will be notified when the request is completed.
You should know...
PartnerStack may request an extension as permitted where the collection or scale of the request is exceptionally large or complex.
PartnerStack will not process requests where the data subject of the request is not a PartnerStack user.
If the data subject has personal information within PartnerStack as part of a subprocessor agreement with a company, PartnerStack will forward the request to the client company (typically defined as "Data Controller"), and wait for a subsequent request initiated by the client company as indicated
